Israeli Food Dish of the Day: Kubbeh

Pronounced Koo-Beh.

There are many different recipes for Kubbeh depending on the origin of the Sefaradic Jewish family. I just love Kubbeh.

It's a deep fried patty of cracked wheat (Burgul seeds) stuffed with meat. Yum.

Once made, dip in Tahini.
