Where was the UN during 8 years of rocket shelling of Israelis? This is one of the lowest points of the history of the UN. Surely, whenever the UN hits bottom, it continues digging.

The Foreign Ministry issued a statement following the UN's Goldstone report, accruing Israel of committing war crimes during Operation Cast Lead:"The Goldstone report is rewriting a shameful chapter in international law and nations' right to defend themselves and we will treat it accordingly. Israel is appalled and disappointed in the report, which compares it to Hamas and rewards acts of terror," it said.
