You might know them as apple or cherry turn-overs, but in Israel the bakeries stuff the pastry puff with potatoes or cheese (preferably cheese) - and sell them by the pound. It's delicious. Here in the US, you might find in Hiller's frozen packages of Israeli Burekas - but they're just over priced.
